Registration by post is now OPEN for 2008.
Registration is £25 until August 1st 2008, after which it rises to £30, no exceptions. Please note: there is no one day discount.
To register for 2008, you can pay immediately by card or paypal account using Paypal, by clicking on the button below. You may change the quantity to pay for more than one registration. Alternatively, you can post us a cheque to our PO Box. Our PO Box is not as reliable as it could be (good old Royal Mail), so we would recommend using Paypal if possible. If you wish to send payment by mail, we accept sterling cheques only. We accept no liability for cash sent in the mail and do not recommend that you do so.
Due to the adult nature of the convention, we also require a signed copy of the registration form, confirming that you are over eighteen. If you have attended the convention previously, please let us know the name you attended under and which year, and we will use the form you previously sent. Otherwise, please either post a filled in and signed copy of the form to the PO Box, or scan and email a copy of the completed and signed form, and email to registration@connotations.org.uk.

After registering we will send you confirmation that you have booked. It is your responsibility to confirm any accomodation booking with the hotel and provide a deposit or credit card number to the hotel at that time. Please do not send us either cheques for the hotel, nor credit card numbers as they will be returned to you immediately.
Registration with us includes one ticket to all events at the convention, and the discounted rate at the hotel. All meals are included in the cost of the hotel room. If you do not book to stay at the Park Hotel, please note that there is a Weekend Delegate rate of £30, payable to the convention which covers all meals and amenities provided by the hotel during the weekend. This is heavily subsidised by the convention and we pay it on to the hotel.
We usually have a formal (or Moderately Tidy!) Dinner on the Saturday night, this is at no extra cost as long as you are staying at the hotel. You are free to do as you please Friday and Sunday evenings, but Claire and I will be around, and don't usually bite until after the first date ;-)
